Kim was extremely efficient, always kept me up to date. Honest and polite.

Attentive, professional, flexible and very experienced in the Hervey Bay market

Kim and Amanda were very good at promoting our property. They had to be creative because the house was unusual, different to most properties in Hervey Bay. They were both very good at understanding our thoughts and concerns as well as receptive to any feedback we provided. They were diplomatic, professional and calm, all qualities that inspire confidence from both buyers and sellers. IT IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A PROFESSIONAL

The thing that impressed me most was that he never wasted words. He said only what needed to be said, providing all the information I required to make the right decision, and he did so in an honest and straightforward manner. His many years of experience in real estate were clear. He always answered his phone, even when he was on holidays in Sydney, and he was consistently only a few minutes away whenever I needed an inspection or had questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out. He kept in contact, but only when it was necessary
