You overcame the obstacles of trading between Queensland and Victoria and two computer illiterate oldies (80 and 78). Your perserverence to have the paperwork completed across borders and COVID-19 was outstanding. This understanding you have of real estate issues, selling, pricing, customer matching etc. demonstrates real professionalism. After selecting Jana to sell my house, I spent three months travelling from out of town on my days to renovate, ready for selling. Jana was able to assist with coordinating tradies for entry while I was not there, and generally being there for me while I couldn’t. Thanks to Jana, we were under contract within 6 days, and settled 30 days after that. Jana was vital during this process, saving me further trips to Hervey Bay. I cannot recommend Jana highly enough, and would have no hesitation in using Jana in the future.
