We had read Kim Carter's reviews online, so we were expecting great service and outcomes—and she delivered in two key areas. First, she achieved a very pleasing result regarding the sale of our investment property. She clearly knew the market well, and we felt completely confident in her advice. She treated us as an equal, listened to our suggested actions, and even deferred to us at times to our benefit. She also made the whole process fun; we had some good laughs along the way. Excellent communicator with a sound knowledge of the market in Hervey Bay.

Kim Carter and Brad worked hard to achieve a sale during this difficult and uncertain period of selling property. We appreciated the friendly and flexible style of the agency.

As a family, we were selling mum's townhouse and Kim and the team respected our collective experience and CCR covered all the bases well without being pushy. We weren't local and Kim was the primary point of phone contact and it worked well. We met a number of people from the agency but we never met Kim, she seemed very busy. I would have preferred to know that everything was with the same people we spoke with at the initial meeting. (not a big issue just a comfort thing) We are disappointed with realestate.com which doesn't provide flexibility to the agents on listing categories. Is a standalone townhouse, a townhouse, a unit or a house?
