HOW DO YOU BECOME A VALUED TENANT?
- Treat your rental property with great care. It is your responsibility to look after the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of the property, advise us immediately if there are any issues we should know about or maintenance required.
- Ensure your rent is paid on or before the due date. We do not tolerate late payments. Direct debit is available to make this more convenient for you. Should you experience any financial difficulties please contact us immediately.
- Be polite to our staff. They will be doing their best to make your tenancy hassle-free.
- Don’t be shy. If you have any issues with our service or conduct, let us know, we’ll address your concerns promptly
