Jakob Watson is a dedicated Sales Associate to Kim Carter at Carter Cooper Realty, bringing a genuine passion for helping people, strong customer service skills and a hardworking approach to real estate.

Hervey Bay has always held a special place for Jakob and his family, having spent many holidays here before making the move to the Fraser Coast. Since settling in the area, he has enjoyed becoming part of the local community and building his career in a place he is proud to call home.

Before entering real estate, Jakob has worked within sales and customer service for a number of years as well as previously being a chef. These experiences have strengthened his communication skills, work ethic and ability to understand and connect with people.

Jakob believes real estate is about more than simply buying and selling property — it’s about people, relationships and helping clients through an important chapter of their lives. He approaches every interaction with honesty, enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile.
